Recently the leader gave me a problem, her children started school, often need to print homework and information, and the print shop is far away, she does not want to often after work at night, and then run a printer, so she wanted to find a suitable printer, gave me a list of six requirements:
Easy to use and able to print on A4 paper;
The ability to print from a mobile phone, without a computer at home;
the printer also needs to be portable and small and not take up much space;
Suitable for students, the printer needs to have a learning library so it is easy to print practice materials;
Preferably one that can be used in places where there is no internet or power, and which can be useful when you are out of the office;
It is also important that it looks good.

This makes laser printers and inkjet printers on the market unsuitable, one is bulky, the other is the need to change the ink is not good. I had a good impression of the FT800 printer some time ago, so I asked the lady at HPRT customer service and eventually I found a satisfactory product for the leader - the HPRT MT810 portable printer.
Appearance: small and cute
The cartoon-style packaging of the HPRT MT810 is quite pleasing to the eye, not to mention the product, but it shows the aesthetics of the designer. Of course, the product itself is more surprising than the packaging. The HPRT MT810 printer comes in two colours, [beige] and [pink], and the one I chose is pink, which I think goes better with pink for girls.

The printer is quite compact, with a long design and rounded corners. The three dimensions are 280mm x 95mm x 50mm and the weight is 934g, which is equivalent to a larger stationery box.

The machine has only one power-on function key with an integrated operation indicator and a connection indicator next to the key, which can be used to determine the connection status of the device by flashing blue and green lights.

The HPRT MT810 has a Type-C port on the side of the printer, this port has 2 roles, the first is to charge the printer, the HPRT MT810 has a built-in 2500mAh battery, so you can use this printer in situations where it is not convenient to connect to electricity, the battery lasts for more than 4 days and can print approximately 125 sheets of A4 paper on a full charge, even if it runs out of battery, you can charge it with a rechargeable battery, this is quite a feature! This is a rare feature, but particularly useful for people like my leader who need it. The other function is to connect to a computer for printing operations, and it's great that the HPRT MT810 connects the two functions through a single interface.

Operation: quick and easy
There is a small switch on both sides of the printer that can be flicked open to open the inside of the printer, which has a slot for thermal roll paper. The MT810 uses thermal paper imaging technology, so it doesn't have the same problems as inkjet printers with paper jams and clogged printheads. Once the thermal paper is loaded, the cover is closed and the printer is ready to print, which is particularly easy to do.

Before printing, you need to download the HPRT APP, the printer is connected to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, compared to the WIFI connection method, it does not need to enter the password, do not worry about the WIFI signal affects the printing speed, more importantly, it can also print without network. The MT810 printer is able to print without ink, internet or electricity, so basically all kinds of printing scenarios can be perfectly matched.

Experience: clear and flat
The HPRT MT810 is quite responsive, the printer starts working after pressing the print button on the phone, the paper is pushed out from the inside at a speed of 30mm/s, the printer has a built-in flattening system, the printing process is relatively smooth, the whole process takes about 10 seconds. The paper tears off neatly after printing.

Because of the thermal paper technology, the paper surface after printing is white and clean, the paper is water, oil and scratch resistant, smooth and cool, and there is no smell of ink, which is a characteristic of thermal paper, and does not contain BPA, a harmful substance, so it will be healthier and more environmentally friendly than laser or ink cartridge printing. The text part is quite clear and the HPRT MT810 prints at a resolution of 203 DPI, plus it has image optimisation technology, so whether it's a Word document or a photo taken of a test paper, the print quality is good too, no different to a large printer in a print shop.

It does have its drawbacks though, the paper is slightly thinner and the cost of printing a sheet of A4 paper is about 0.3 RMB, which is relatively more costly. But this is not a lot of printing for a family with only 1 or 2 children, and no other extra supplies are needed, so it's still good for home use. The thermal paper that comes with it can also print more than 100 sheets, which is enough for a while.

For students, one key thing is to have enough learning resources, and Hanmark has done a good job in this regard. The Hanmark App contains test papers for primary, middle and high schools in all regions of China, including language, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography and politics.

If parents are tutoring their children in their homework and find they have easy questions, they can directly take photos of them on their mobile phones and enter them into an error book. Multiple wrong questions can be combined to form a wrong question paper, which can be printed out later for more practice and better learning results. Here's another nice little feature - quick restoration of test papers. What if you have written answers to wrong questions or practice papers? Use the eraser function to restore the paper to a brand new one, so that you can practice the same paper again and again, consolidating the foundation more firmly.
